Bespoke

Bespoke Design Service – Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

1. Design Deposit

To begin the bespoke jewellery design process, a £100 design deposit is required before any design work commences. This deposit secures your design consultation and allows our team to begin creating your custom CAD design.

2. Design Process

Once we receive your enquiry, uploaded design inspiration, and any supporting information, our team will review your requirements. We will then contact you to discuss your ideas in detail before preparing your custom CAD design.

The initial CAD design is typically completed within 1–2 working days, although this may vary depending on the complexity of the design.

3. Design Approval & Revisions

After the CAD design has been prepared, it will be sent to you for review and approval.

We are happy to provide unlimited revisions to refine and improve the agreed design, provided the requested changes remain within the original design concept and scope.

If you request a completely new design or changes that substantially alter the original concept, this will be treated as a new design project. In such cases, an additional design fee of £30 per new design will apply before work can continue.

4. Copyright & Branded Designs

We respect intellectual property rights and therefore do not create, reproduce, copy, or manufacture any copyrighted, trademarked, or branded jewellery designs. This includes, but is not limited to, designs that infringe the intellectual property rights of any individual, designer, or brand. We reserve the right to refuse any design request that we believe may violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

5. Manufacturing Quotation

Once your CAD design has been approved, we will provide a quotation for manufacturing your bespoke jewellery. Production will only begin after the quotation has been accepted and any required payments have been received.

6. Payment & Delivery

Full payment for your bespoke jewellery must be received before production is completed and prior to delivery or collection.

No finished jewellery will be delivered, dispatched, or released until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

If you decide not to proceed with manufacturing after the CAD design has been completed, we will refund your £100 design deposit, less any applicable design charges incurred for the work completed.

Where additional designs have been created at your request, the relevant design fees (£30 per additional design) will also be deducted from any refund due.

8. Ownership of Design

All CAD designs, sketches, renderings, concepts, and related intellectual property created by us remain our property until the jewellery order has been completed and paid for in full. Designs may not be copied, reproduced, manufactured, or shared with third parties without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptance

Payment of the design deposit confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Bespoke Design Service Terms & Conditions.

Thank you for choosing our bespoke jewellery service. We are committed to creating a unique piece that reflects your vision and are delighted to assist you throughout every step of the design and manufacturing process. We look forward to serving you.
